Roofing Felt Manufacturer or Exporter: Verify Who Supplies Your Order

A manufacturer and an exporter can both be useful sourcing partners. The important question is whether the business quoting your roofing felt can explain the supply chain and take responsibility for your order.

Identify the parties before approving the order

Record the legal seller, the entity issuing the invoice and the party arranging export. If production is performed by a separate business, ask how product and packing requirements reach that business.

A brand on a wrapper does not, by itself, identify the exporter or prove trademark ownership. Match company information to the commercial documents.

Ask questions that reveal operational responsibility

Who confirms the roll specification? Who approves your artwork? Who organises the inspection and loading photos? Who responds if the delivered count differs? These answers matter more than whether a website repeatedly uses the word “factory”.

We coordinate product, packaging and container supply around the importer’s requirements. Ask us to confirm the selling and supplying relationships for your quotation.

Keep evidence proportionate to the purchase

For an initial enquiry, company details, relevant real photos and a complete offer are practical starting points. For a regular supply arrangement, agree the documentation and checks your purchasing team needs.

Do not treat a production video as independent proof of ownership or certification. Use it to understand the operation, then verify the business details separately.

Questions buyers ask

Does an exporter necessarily mean higher risk?

No. Assess the actual responsibility, product evidence and documentation rather than assuming a label establishes reliability.

Can a wrapper brand identify the manufacturer?

Not reliably on its own. Confirm the business relationship and product reference separately.

What should our procurement team retain?

Keep the approved quotation, company details, sample reference and named contacts together.
