A Roofing Felt Container Loading Photo Checklist

Loading photographs should show what was loaded and how the order was identified. A full container of roofing felt is more informative to a buyer than a forklift photograph with the cargo barely visible.

Roofing felt rolls packed for container shipment

Begin before the cargo enters

Record the container reference and the observable condition relevant to loading. Photograph the packed roll types and their identification. Keep the order reference with the image record.

If the order contains several specifications, make the item groups recognisable before they disappear into the container.

Photograph progress, not only the final doors

Capture useful intermediate views showing the arrangement and item groups. The finished view should show the cargo clearly. Use close-ups only where they answer a particular identification question.

Merily has extensive real loading photographs. Existing images demonstrate shipment experience, while order-specific images should be identified separately.

Real roofing felt cargo and export loading. Container quantities vary with roll specification, packing and shipment limits; confirm the loading plan for your order.

Connect the images to the dispatch record

Keep the final loading count, packing list and container or seal information together where applicable. Images support the record but do not replace a count or a required weighing document.

Avoid presenting one historic loaded container as proof that every specification fits the same quantity.

Questions buyers ask

How many photos are enough?

Use enough to connect product identification, loading progress and completion. There is no useful fixed count for every shipment.

Can loading photos replace inspection?

No. They support shipment evidence but do not establish all product requirements.

Which image is best for a supplier website?

Use a clear real cargo view; keep customer and shipment identifiers private where appropriate.
