Keep Roofing Felt Repeat Orders Consistent
Use product codes, approved samples and packing versions to keep asphalt roofing felt repeat orders aligned across shipments.

Create one reference for each sales item
A repeat order becomes easier to manage when each specification has a stable product code. Connect the code to construction, treatment, width, roll length, mass basis, surface and packing.
The code should identify the item your customer expects to buy. If your range includes several similar rolls, avoid relying on informal descriptions such as the usual roll or the same as last time.
Keep the approved records together
Link the specification to its sample reference, label artwork and packed-unit photographs. Keep a single current artwork version so an older design is not sent back into production.
Include the dimensional and weighing requirements used for acceptance. A clear record allows the purchasing team and supplier to compare new production with the same reference.
Manage changes deliberately
A change to length, mass, wrapping or roll-end arrangement should be recorded as an order change. Review its effect on the product description, gross mass, label information and loading plan.
If a customer requests a new format, give it a distinct reference where needed. This helps prevent the new item from replacing an established specification unintentionally.
Review each shipment against the reference
Use inspection and loading records to connect the confirmed specification to the shipment. After arrival, record any product or packing feedback against the same product code.
Merily brings more than a decade of export experience to recurring asphalt roofing felt supply. Send your approved specification and packing references with the next inquiry so we can keep the quotation and order preparation consistent.
