Roofing Felt SDS, TDS and Brochure: What Each Document Tells a Buyer

A brochure explains the offer, a specification or technical sheet describes product data, and an SDS addresses safety information within its stated scope. Ask for the document that answers your question.

Use the brochure for the product and supply picture

A brochure can show construction, formats, packing and business contact information. It helps a buyer identify the product family and the supplier’s offer.

Merily’s English brochure is a practical introduction to paper-based felt supply; it should not be treated as proof of every technical claim a project might require.

Read the data sheet by its actual content

A specification table can state dimensions, roll mass and packing options. A technical data sheet may also contain tested properties, methods and conditions.

Do not infer missing test results from the title “TDS”. Check what the document actually states and which product it covers.

Keep safety information product-specific

An SDS or other applicable safety information must relate to the supplied product. A competitor’s published file can illustrate document structure but is not a replacement for the offered supplier’s information.

Tell us the document requirement for your handling or purchase process. We do not fabricate a Merily SDS by changing the name on another manufacturer’s file.
