Raw Material Packaging & Container Loading
Plan film pallets and reinforcement rolls using material-specific packing references. Confirm roll counts, net and gross weight, packed dimensions and route limits before shipment.

Plan each material as its own load.

| Material / example | Roll and pallet reference | Container planning |
|---|---|---|
| PE release film | Approx. 90–100 kg/roll; 9 rolls about 810–900 kg | Confirm pallet dimensions and gross weight |
| Thin PE surface film | Approx. 50 kg/roll; 16 rolls about 800 kg | Reference: 20 ft, 20 pallets about 16 t; 40 ft, 35 pallets about 28 t, film net weight |
| HDPE cross-laminated film | Approx. 150 kg/roll; 6 rolls about 900 kg | Confirm the selected roll format and route limits |
| Polyester reinforcement | Roll length depends on grade; target diameter about 1150 mm | 40 ft planning: 40 palletized rolls or 44 loose-loaded rolls |
Separate film weight from shipping volume.
Net and gross
Core, wrapping, pallet and other protection add to shipment weight. Ask for a packing list with actual net and gross figures.
Material and packed volume
PE/HDPE material volume of about 1.08 m³/t and PET about 0.71 m³/t are not pallet transport volumes. Use actual packed dimensions for freight.
Production timing
Standard raw-material orders are generally planned around 10 days for a large-container order; custom requirements about 10–15 days. Confirm the schedule after specifications are agreed.
Questions before a production order
Are the container tonnages guaranteed for every route?
No. They are material-specific planning references. Final payload, gross weight, pallet layout and carrier or route limits must be confirmed.
Do four PET rolls always make a 900 kg pallet?
No. Calculate from the actual roll mass. Four 280 kg rolls are about 1120 kg before pallet and packing.
Which container is suitable for polyester reinforcement?
The current planning reference is a 40 ft container, with 40 palletized rolls or 44 loose-loaded rolls. Confirm actual dimensions and packing for the order.

Tell us what you produce, the material you need and your required roll format. Include the quantity and destination port so we can prepare the product and packing details together.
Useful details: thickness or basis weight, width, roll length or weight, core, quantity and application. For release film, add coated side and release requirements.
Standard production: approximately 10 days for one 40-ft container order. Customized specifications: approximately 10–15 days. Confirm the schedule with the final order.
