A useful quote starts with the right details.
Material and application
Tell us the membrane type and the role of the material: release protection, facing or internal reinforcement.
Specification and roll
Send thickness or basis weight, width, core, winding direction and required roll length or weight.
Packing and destination
Include quantity, handling limits and destination port so roll protection and shipment details can be quoted together.
Packing and lead time, made clear.

Plan around the roll.
Confirm the core, roll weight, protective wrapping and pallet format for the selected material.
Approximately 10 days.
General production lead time for one 40-ft container order. Confirm the exact product mix and order schedule.
Approximately 10–15 days.
Allow for agreed sizes, colours or printed requirements. Shipping transit time is quoted separately.
Product information to keep.
Keep the specifications together.

Questions membrane manufacturers ask.
Do you supply materials for membrane factories?
Yes. This range is for waterproofing membrane production: release liners, surface films, internal carriers, nonwoven reinforcement and metallic facings. Send the membrane type and required material specification.
Should I choose PE or PET release film?
Start with your adhesive system, release requirements and production format. PE and PET have separate pages with their own gauges and roll details. Agree the coated face and release level for the selected material.
Can I order several materials for the same membrane line?
Send the product list, each specification and required quantity. We can discuss the material and packing requirements together, then confirm the supply plan for the order.
What is the usual production lead time?
Standard products are generally planned at approximately 10 days for one 40-ft container order. Customized orders are generally approximately 10–15 days. Confirm the specification, artwork where needed and final schedule with the order.
Does every pallet weigh exactly 900 kg?
No. Approximately 900 kg is a general film-pallet planning reference. Roll weight, diameter and packing determine the actual roll count and pallet weight. Nonwoven reinforcement loading is planned from its actual roll dimensions.
Can I request samples and product-specific data?
Include the material, application, gauge or basis weight, width and required properties in the inquiry. Specify the sample format and technical documents needed so these can be agreed for the selected grade.
Send your specification.
