PE example
At 35 μm, the theoretical yield is about 30.9 m²/kg. At 960 mm wide, this is about 32.1 linear metres/kg.
PET example
At 25 μm, the theoretical yield is about 28.4 m²/kg. A 5000 m roll is about 169 kg at 960 mm width or 187 kg at 1060 mm.

No. Substrate strength and release force are different properties. Release behaviour depends on the coating, adhesive and test conditions.
