Define Surface-Uniformity Acceptance for Composite Reinforcement
Use a sample reference and clear inspection description when surface uniformity affects your membrane production. A broad word such as “uniform” is easier to purchase against when the agreed construction and observed features are identified.

Inspect the correct material
Confirm whether the sample is the requested standard or Leno compound mat and retain the grade identity. Identify the inspected face where your evaluation distinguishes sides.
Avoid judging a sample only by colour or comparing two different constructions as though their surfaces must look identical.
Describe the observation
Record the position and extent of the visible feature across the width and along the sample. Use overview photographs for location and closer photographs for the feature itself.
Distinguish visible surface variation from measured basis-weight variation, thickness or mechanical properties. A visual inspection does not produce those numerical results.

On a phone, swipe the table sideways to see every column.
| Item | Record |
|---|---|
| Product | Construction and weight grade |
| Face | Identify where relevant |
| Location | Width zone and sample / roll position |
| Feature | Description, extent and photographs |
| Acceptance | Agreed sample or measurable criterion |
| Separate tests | Mass, thickness and force where required |

Agree an acceptance reference
If a reference sample defines acceptable appearance, identify it with the specification. Where your process requires a measurable criterion, state the method and acceptance rule separately.
Do not create a numerical surface tolerance from a photograph or transfer a criterion from another reinforcement family without confirmation.
Connect inspection to the RFQ
Send Merily the construction, weight grade and width together with the sample reference or inspection requirement. Include how the material will be used in the membrane if it helps define the relevant evaluation.
For an order-specific concern, retain the roll identity and location. This makes the discussion about the actual supplied material rather than an unrelated catalogue photograph.
Questions for This Purchase
Does a uniform-looking surface prove uniform basis weight?
No. Use the applicable mass-per-area evaluation.
Should different constructions look identical?
Use the agreed reference for the actual construction.
What helps resolve a visual concern?
A defined criterion, sample identity, location and clear photographs.
Send your specification.

Tell us what you produce, the material you need and your required roll format. Include the quantity and destination port so we can prepare the product and packing details together.
Useful details: thickness or basis weight, width, roll length or weight, core, quantity and application. For release film, add coated side and release requirements.
Standard production: approximately 10 days for one 40-ft container order. Customized specifications: approximately 10–15 days. Confirm the schedule with the final order.
