Prepare a Polyester Reinforcement Impregnation Trial for Your Bitumen Process
Give a reinforcement trial the same identity as the material you intend to buy. Connect the selected polyester grade, the bituminous membrane process and the evaluation record before moving from a sample to a production order.

Define the reinforcement and the membrane
Continuous-filament polyester nonwoven is supplied as reinforcement raw material for bituminous membrane manufacture. Start with the actual grade, basis weight, width and current sample reference. State the membrane type and the material’s position in it.
Merily’s supply list includes 120–300 g/m² in the stated offered grades, with common 1010/1020 mm widths. Use the selected grade rather than treating the full supply range as one interchangeable material.
Record the relevant impregnation process
Provide the bitumen or membrane-material reference and relevant production conditions as recorded by your team. Identify what the trial is meant to confirm. Keep the process description with the sample so the result can be interpreted later.
If comparing an existing material with a candidate, record the differences in construction, basis weight and roll format. Avoid changing several unrecorded inputs and attributing the outcome solely to the reinforcement name.
Impregnation trial handover
On a phone, swipe the table sideways to see every column.
| Record | Identify |
|---|---|
| Reinforcement | Construction, grade, width and sample |
| Membrane | Actual bituminous system and layer |
| Process | Relevant conditions and trial purpose |
| Evaluation | Observations and required tests separated |
| Reference | Existing and candidate materials identified |
| Supply roll | Core, length, diameter and handling limits |

Keep observations and test results identifiable
Your trial record should separate line-handling observations, the intended impregnation evaluation and any specified mechanical or dimensional tests. Record the method and conditions when a numerical result is required.
An uncoated reinforcement table is not automatically a finished-membrane certificate. Retain the actual sample identity through the membrane evaluation so the technical team can connect the outcome to a defined component grade.
Confirm the production-roll handover
Before ordering the larger roll, confirm width, core, length, diameter and handling limits. The confirmed 180 g/m² length reference is 1450 m and the 200 g/m² reference is 1230 m, with a target diameter around 1150 mm. Confirm the actual ordered combination.
Send Merily the current specification, trial requirement, quantity and destination. We can prepare a selected-grade and roll-format proposal so the approved material and the commercial order refer to the same supply item.
Questions for This Purchase
Does the reinforcement table certify the finished membrane?
No. Keep component requirements and finished-product evaluation separate.
Can a small sample define the full production-roll format?
Confirm the actual width, core, length and handling limits for the order.
What should accompany a comparison sample?
The current specification, membrane process reference and the requirement the trial is intended to assess.

Useful details: thickness or basis weight, width, roll length or weight, core, quantity and application. For release film, add coated side and release requirements.
Standard production: approximately 10 days for one 40-ft container order. Customized specifications: approximately 10–15 days. Confirm the schedule with the final order.
