Specify Compound Base Mat Roll-End Protection Before Shipment
Include the roll ends and core in your packing discussion, not only the outer wrap. Confirm protection and handling for the actual composite-mat roll dimensions and shipping arrangement.

Describe the roll that needs protection
Start with construction, width, length, core and the offered roll mass. Confirm packed dimensions once the material format is selected.
Do not borrow a film pallet’s roll count or a polyester container diagram as proof that the same packing will suit compound mat.
Agree the packing arrangement
Request the proposed outer protection, roll-end treatment and any pallet arrangement needed for your order. Keep the supplied description with the quotation.
If your receiving equipment or warehouse imposes a particular constraint, state it before confirmation. A general request for export packing does not define every handling requirement.

On a phone, swipe the table sideways to see every column.
| Item | Confirm |
|---|---|
| Format | Actual width, length, core and mass |
| Protection | Outer wrap and end arrangement |
| Handling | Receiving and transport constraints |
| Identity | Readable roll and packing references |
| Evidence | Written arrangement and available photographs |
| Final shipment | Actual count, dimensions and gross weight |

Keep identification readable
Agree where the relevant material and packing references will be shown. The label should remain connected to the roll when pallets are separated or samples are taken.
Use photographs to review the proposed arrangement where available, while retaining the written specification. A photo alone does not establish packed mass or every dimension.
Inspect against the agreed packing
At receiving, record the visible condition of ends, core and wrapping with the roll identity. Distinguish damage to packaging from a finding on the reinforcement.
Send Merily the grade, destination and packing needs in one inquiry. Confirm final roll count and gross weight on the actual packing list before shipment.
