Protect Polyester Reinforcement Identification and Packing During Storage
Plan storage around the actual roll and applicable material instructions. Keep moisture-related observations, packing condition and technical requirements distinct so receiving and production can trace the same reinforcement through stock and sampling.

Request the applicable guidance
Ask for the storage and handling information relevant to the selected continuous-filament polyester grade and packaging. Include any specific warehouse requirement or documentation needed in the inquiry before purchase.
The published technical table lists moisture content at 0.50% for its stated grades. That row is not a universal warehouse humidity setting or a shelf-life statement. Confirm the meaning and evaluation basis of the property where it forms part of acceptance.
Keep the roll protected and identifiable
Follow the applicable packaging and handling instructions while retaining roll labels and shipment references. If wrapping is opened for inspection or sampling, record the action so later observations remain connected to the delivery condition.
Where visible moisture or damaged protection is observed, photograph and identify it separately. Do not treat a packing observation as a completed laboratory moisture-content result.

| Field | Keep clear |
|---|---|
| Material | Grade and roll / lot identity |

| Protection | Wrapping condition and opening record |
| Observation | Visible condition versus measured property |
| Dimensions | Actual packed size and handling format |
| Stock use | Receipt, sample and production issue references |

Plan for the actual heavy-roll dimensions
Common widths are 1010/1020 mm and target diameter is about 1150 mm. The actual length and mass depend on the grade and selected format. Confirm packed dimensions and handling information for the order rather than assuming every roll is a 900 kg pallet.
The 40 ft loading reference is 40 palletized rolls or 44 loose-loaded rolls. Those shipment arrangements need their own receiving and storage plan based on the actual packing, not the film-pallet reference used for another product family.
Connect stock to production use
Retain the grade, roll or lot identity and receipt record through sampling and issue to the line. If a condition needs review before use, connect the observation to the agreed requirement and request the relevant evaluation.
Send Merily the selected grade, quantity, packing preference and destination. State any storage-related requirement that must be confirmed for your purchase so the quotation and receiving plan stay aligned.
Questions for This Purchase
Does 0.50% moisture content mean warehouse humidity should be 0.50%?
No. Material moisture content and ambient humidity are different quantities.
Are all reinforcement pallets about 900 kg?
No. Confirm the actual roll mass, packing and dimensions for this material.
Can a photograph prove moisture content?
Use the applicable measurement for that property; photographs document visible condition.

Useful details: thickness or basis weight, width, roll length or weight, core, quantity and application. For release film, add coated side and release requirements.
Standard production: approximately 10 days for one 40-ft container order. Customized specifications: approximately 10–15 days. Confirm the schedule with the final order.
