Build a Receiving Checklist for Membrane Raw Materials
Check identity and packing first, then apply the agreed material acceptance procedure. A receiving photo is valuable evidence, but it does not replace the technical evaluation your purchase requires.

Match delivery to the order
Confirm product, grade, dimensions and the available roll or lot references against the confirmed specification. Keep each item separate in a mixed delivery.
Record counts and the stated quantity basis. Film net mass, roll gross mass and pallet gross mass should not be treated as the same measurement.
Record visible condition
Inspect the accessible packing, roll ends and cores using the appropriate receiving and safe-handling procedure. Photograph relevant observations with the material identity.
Distinguish damage to protection from damage to the product. Do not decide an affected length or a technical result solely from an overview photograph.
Receiving sequence
On a phone, swipe the table sideways to see every column.
| Stage | Check |
|---|---|
| Identity | Product, grade and order references |
| Quantity | Count and net / gross basis |
| Condition | Packing, ends, cores and accessible material |
| Sampling | Origin, orientation and method |
| Documents | Required scope and actual material identity |
| Disposition | Decision and unresolved observations |

Follow the agreed sampling plan
Where technical acceptance is required, retain sample origin, orientation and the applicable test request. Directional reinforcement properties need the corresponding MD / TD identification.
Use the method and criteria agreed for the selected material. Do not substitute a generic catalogue row for an inspection result or apply another product family’s limits.
Close the receiving record
Connect observations, documents and any evaluation to the actual delivery. Record the disposition decided by the responsible team and keep unresolved items identifiable.
For a Merily order discussion, send the order reference, relevant specification and clear evidence. A focused record helps resolve the actual question without guessing its cause.
Questions for This Purchase
Can receipt photos establish tensile performance?
No. Use the applicable material evaluation.
Should damaged wrapping automatically reject the full roll?
Record condition and apply the agreed assessment.
What should accompany a receiving concern?
Order identity, requirement, location and relevant photographs or results.
Send your specification.
Get a clear material quote.
Tell us what you produce, the material you need and your required roll format. Include the quantity and destination port so we can prepare the product and packing details together.
Useful details: thickness or basis weight, width, roll length or weight, core, quantity and application. For release film, add coated side and release requirements.
Standard production: approximately 10 days for one 40-ft container order. Customized specifications: approximately 10–15 days. Confirm the schedule with the final order.
