Plan a Mixed Container of Membrane Raw Materials by Actual Packed Units
A mixed raw-material shipment needs more than a total tonnage target. Confirm each selected roll and pallet, then build the loading plan from their actual dimensions and gross weights.

List the selected materials separately
Identify every product, grade, width and roll format. Keep release films, surface films, reinforcements and foil products on separate lines.
Similar material densities do not make their packed units identical. A PET film’s material volume is not its pallet transport volume.
Use the correct packing reference
Thin PE surface-film planning uses roughly 50 kg rolls and 16 rolls near 800 kg material per pallet. Cross-laminated-film planning uses roughly 150 kg rolls and six near 900 kg.
These references do not define the dimensions or packing of polyester or compound mat. Four carrier-film rolls at roughly 280 kg already total about 1120 kg before packing.

On a phone, swipe the table sideways to see every column.
| For each item | Record |
|---|---|
| Material | Product, grade and dimensions |
| Unit | Roll count and net material mass |
| Packed format | Pallet / loose arrangement and dimensions |
| Gross mass | Core, protection and pallet included |
| Restrictions | Handling / stacking requirements |
| Timing | Confirmed readiness for joint dispatch |

Check space and weight together
Request actual packed dimensions, gross weights and any handling or stacking restrictions for the selected order. Have the proposed arrangement checked against the container and route constraints.
Do not add single-product maximum loading references together. A 40 ft reference for one material describes an alternative plan, not free space left beside another full load.
Confirm timing across the item list
Keep production readiness and customization requirements for each line visible. A mixed order’s dispatch plan depends on the confirmed availability of its components.
Send Merily the complete item list, destination and packing needs. Finalize the loading arrangement and actual packing list before freight booking.
Questions for This Purchase
Can material density determine pallet freight volume?
No. Use actual packed dimensions.
Can separate full-container maxima be added together?
No. Build one feasible mixed arrangement.
Which weight is needed for shipping checks?
The confirmed packed gross weight and applicable route limits.

Tell us what you produce, the material you need and your required roll format. Include the quantity and destination port so we can prepare the product and packing details together.
Useful details: thickness or basis weight, width, roll length or weight, core, quantity and application. For release film, add coated side and release requirements.
Standard production: approximately 10 days for one 40-ft container order. Customized specifications: approximately 10–15 days. Confirm the schedule with the final order.
