Read PET / Aluminium Foil Laminate Layer Structure in the RFQ
Write both the total thickness and the PET / foil structure when ordering. A total thickness without a layer description can leave two quotations describing different inputs.
State the common structure explicitly
Merily’s common foil-laminate references use a fixed 7 μm physical aluminium-foil layer. The PET portion changes with the stated common total thickness.
The common pairs are 28 + 7 μm for 35 μm total, 33 + 7 for 40 μm, and 38 + 7 for 45 μm. Confirm the offered construction and thickness convention in the quotation.
Keep the supply range separate
The product range includes total thicknesses from 20 to 50 μm, but the three listed structures describe the stated common selections. Do not invent a layer split for every other total.
Common width availability is 1000–1030 mm. Specify the selected width and any acceptance requirement rather than treating the whole range as one order size.

Check the layer naming
A physical foil layer is different from a metallized PET surface. If your existing specification says aluminium film, clarify the construction before comparing prices.
Request the technical properties and applicable methods needed for the intended facing. The layer arithmetic alone does not establish a performance rating.
Align the quantity and packing
Current roll-length planning is around 3000 m for foil laminate, subject to the selected format. Confirm actual mass and packing; do not fix length, width and a pallet target independently.
