Start with the common formats.
Release films
PE: common 35 / 40 μm. PET: common 25 / 30 / 36 μm. Common widths for both: 960 / 1060 mm.
Facing films
Thin PE surface film: common 8 / 12 μm. HDPE facing: common 100 / 150 μm, with 50 μm available for selected wrapping use.
Reinforcement rolls
Polyester common widths are 1010 / 1020 mm. Keep grade, roll length and target diameter together in the specification.
Questions before a production order
Can I order any size within a product’s range?
Send the requested combination and quantity. The quote confirms feasibility, tolerances and the selected supply format.
Can the two faces have different colours?
For materials with that option, specify both faces separately and confirm the quoted construction. Do not apply colour options from one material to another.
Is 900 kg a fixed pallet weight for every product?
No. Actual roll count and net/gross weight depend on the material, gauge, width, length and packing arrangement.
