Confirm Raw-Material MOQ and Lead Time Against the Actual Specification
Ask for minimum order quantity and lead time after defining the product. Custom width, colour, roll format and documentation can change the supply discussion.

State the material before the quantity
Identify the product, grade and dimensions. A request for one container of film is incomplete if it does not distinguish release film, surface film, carrier film or foil laminate.
Keep common and customized requirements visible. A familiar thickness does not prove that every requested combination is available on the same schedule.
Use the lead-time reference correctly
The current general supply planning reference is about 10 days for a large-container order, with customized requirements often discussed around 10–15 days.
Confirm the actual order’s production readiness and dispatch basis. This reference is not an ocean-transit estimate or a guaranteed arrival date at your factory.
Timing and MOQ confirmation
On a phone, swipe the table sideways to see every column.
| Field | Confirm |
|---|---|
| Product | Grade and dimensions |
| Customization | Width, colour, roll and documentation needs |
| MOQ | Basis applicable to that selection |
| Production | Order-specific readiness / lead time |
| Shipment | Booking and transit separately |
| Destination | Port and receiving requirement |

Ask for the relevant MOQ basis
Confirm whether the offered minimum applies to the product, grade, width, colour combination or production arrangement. Keep the answer attached to the selected specification.
Do not invent a single MOQ for all ten raw-material products. If combining selections, confirm each item’s quantity and availability rather than assuming the total satisfies every requirement.
Separate production from shipping
Record the confirmed readiness date, packing requirements and destination. Freight booking and transit need their own confirmation.
Send Merily one complete RFQ with your required delivery window. This allows the material and timing discussion to address the same actual order.

Is there one MOQ for all materials?
Confirm it for the selected specification.
When should customization be declared?
Include it in the initial RFQ so timing is assessed correctly.
Send your specification.

Tell us what you produce, the material you need and your required roll format. Include the quantity and destination port so we can prepare the product and packing details together.
Useful details: thickness or basis weight, width, roll length or weight, core, quantity and application. For release film, add coated side and release requirements.
Standard production: approximately 10 days for one 40-ft container order. Customized specifications: approximately 10–15 days. Confirm the schedule with the final order.
